Ideal for families, long stays with work from anywhere options. Spacious room with A/c, attached kitchen , cable TV, High speed internet . Calm and serene village locality, 2km off National Highway. We cultivate coconut, spices - nutmeg, pepper, and seasonal vegetables.
Village Visits
Village walk and visiting workplaces like coir yarn making is a way to explore the area. Cycling through village roads, trip to nearby beach for sun set or early morning to spot fresh catch, visiting local temple and attending evening Pooja are few recommended serene and delightful experiences. Local transportation can be arranged on request.
Ayurveda Therapy
Ayurveda therapy by experienced Vydyar ( Malayalam term for traditional healer) Cost per session from Rs 3500 or depending on the therapy. Advance booking may be required to ensure availability.

We have stayed for a full month with our four months old daughter and we have been more than satisfied with our stay. It is situated directly beside a beautiful temple, still it is quiet, Vishnu's mother almost daily surprised us with some tasty snacks or food, and she took often care of our daughter. The beach is about 4 km away and easy to reach by auto rickshaw and other beautiful places are also nearby. We have been sad to leave and would like to come again.

I greatly enjoyed my time in Kerala at Vishnu's. The district is wonderfully peaceful and I had a brillant time exploring on the bicycle Vishnu kindly lent to me. There is nothing touristy about the area, but it is well connected to a host of interesting places (some of which are a bit more touristy, such as Marari; Cherthala is also easily reached by bus or auto.)

We had such a wonderful time with Vishnu and his family. Vishnu gave us lots of great advice and information on local things to do and how to get around. His lovely mother made us the most delicious breakfast. Our kids loved riding bikes around the property and following the kittens around. Thank you Vishnu and family!
